The Lightwire Technician was able to replace the faulty gear at the Tower, and restore connectivity. Things have remained stable since, so we are not expecting any further disruptions.

Lightwire Engineers have been notified of a fault at one of our Kaiaua based transmission sites causing an outage to your connection. We have been unable to remotely bring services back online, Lightwire technicians will be dispatched to our Kaiaua site early morning to investigate and replace faulty equipment.
