We’re aware of an upstream issue currently affecting some Lightwire mobile customers making and/or receiving mobile calls.
Our Mobile Network Operator has advised they are actively managing a network incident impacting their services and Lightwire Mobile services. Customers may experience intermittent VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling dropouts, along with issues completing or maintaining voice calls.
We’ll continue to provide updates as we receive more information. Thanks for your patience while this issue is being resolved.

Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting mobile services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible.
