Lightwire Engineers have detected an outage affecting one of the radios at our Te Puke site. The cause is unknown, and under active investigation.

Connections served by this radio will be offline until the issue is resolved. We will provide further information as we learn it.

The Upstream carrier has resolved the issue by re-splicing a kinked fibre. All services should not be back online.
