The Lightwire Technician was able to replace the faulty gear at our Tower yesterday, and restore connectivity. The service has remained stable for 24 hours since, so we are expecting this to be resolved now.

A Lightwire technician has been dispatched to the affected tower, and is expected to arrive on site around 11:00 AM to begin the repair works.
