Degraded Performance - Makomako

Lightwire Engineers have been made aware of an issue at our Makomako site causing degraded performance to your connection. This may result in lower speed/performance until our field team reach the site to replace the faulty piece of equipment. Mains Outage - Matatoki and Thames Area

Lightwire has been advised of a mains power outage at our Matatoki site causing slower connections for customers in the Thames area. While this site does have battery backup in the event of an extended outage you may experience a degraded service until mains power is restored.

We have included additional sites with this update that may be experiencing degraded services due to this event.

Unplanned Incident - Mains Outage - Henry Watson Road

Lightwire has been made aware of a complete loss of power to a sector of our Henry watson road site. Customers with connections to this sector of the power will have complete loss of service until Lightwire technicians are able to configure a replacement and visit the site to replace the affected hardware. We currently don't have an ETR on this but will release updates as progress is made.

There was an event in Hamilton's network relating to a fibre incident which cause a minute or so service disruption to Hamilton services and Networks and some National services.

An incident report will be produced.
