Customers Offline - Kopuku Region

Lightwire engineers have discovered an issue with a piece of equipment on the Kopuku site. This has resulted in a complete loss off service to all customers connected to the tower. Replacement equipment has been configured and will be replaced by Lightwire technicians today.

12:26pm Update - Lightwire engineers believe they have identified where the source of the packet loss is coming from however are still working on identifying the root causes and subsequent fix. We will provide more updates as soon as possible.

Degraded Service - Te Weraiti

Lightwire engineers have been made aware of an issue with our Te Weraiti site. An investigation is underway as to the cause, customers in this region will likely experience degraded service with the possibility of a complete disconnection until a Lightwire engineer can visit the site to make the necessary repairs. We are working on a solution to get the site back up and running as soon as possible.

Disrupted services - Kaimai Ranges

Lightwire engineers have investigated some faulty gear on our site on the Kaimai ranges. Some customers will be experiencing a full loss of services, while others might be experiencing a degraded service.

Lightwire engineers have already prepared replacement equipment and will keep you updated as we send field technicians to remediate the issues today.
