Lightwire has been made aware of an unplanned outage in the Taupiri region. Affected customers will unfortunately have a complete loss of service until a Lightwire Technician can visit our transmission site to replace a piece of damaged equipment.

Your connection should restore automatically once this equipment has been replaced but if you have any connection issues past the point of the outage being resolved, please reboot your Lightwire equipment at the property.

Our upstream provider will be conducting emergency hardware maintenance to parts of their network. It is expected that service will be unavailable for up to 10 minutes within the outage window.
