Risk Warning - Mains Outage - Mill Road Repeater

Lightwire has become aware of a mains power outage affecting our Mill Road Repeater site. If the outage lasts longer than our backup battery system on site, customers in the region may experience a service outage until the mains is restored or Lightwire technicians are able install a backup generator on site to cover the outage and restore service.

If this potential service outage were to occur it would likely be around 2:30pm - 3:00pm today. Lightwire Technicians will closely monitor the situation and will install a backup generator on site if needed.

Lightwire has been made aware that our Mangatangi Exchange has lost mains power due to an unplanned power outage, it is expected that service will be degraded while connections travel over backup links.

Technicians are estimated to arrive to address this outage at 7:20pm tonight.

Your connection should return to normal once this exchange has power restored but if you have any connection issues past the point of the incident being resolved, please reboot your Lightwire equipment at the property.
