Lightwire Engineers have resolved the outage this afternoon and at this time the network handover remains in observation until further notice.

[2023-06-09 16:32:46 NZST] This event appears to have been resolved. Lightwire engineers are working to identify root causes and learnings.

[2023-06-09 15:11:50 NZST] Lightwire engineers are continuing to work on this issue. After further investigation it appears that the error is limited to Lightwire, though a root cause it not yet apparent.

[2023-06-09 13:36:08 NZST] Lightwire engineers are investigating an issue affecting calling on Microsoft Teams. Calls are being sent to Teams, however Microsoft is responding with an error. Please raise a case with Microsoft via your tenancy in the first instance.
