Latest update:
Contractors working in the UoW network room mistakenly disconnected power from active equipment. The fault was quickly resolved by UoW staff who assisted in restoring service. The contractors have been informed that power must not be removed again without proper planning & notification.
The issue is now resolved.

Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting Lightwire services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible.
