All customer services will be offline until technicians are able to attend site and replace the equipment. We will be working hard to restore your connection as soon as possible.

Lightwire engineers have discovered a software issue on the site the services your internet connection. Engineers will be performing a remote upgrade in order to resolve this issue.

Customers may experience a full outage - or a degraded service - for up 10 minutes during the upgrade process.
