The Upstream Provider has confirmed that Power has been restored to the site. The Circuit should now be back online as well. If that is not the case, please re-boot the on-site gear, and reach out to our Support Team on 0800 534 567.

[2024-05-20 08:18:19 NZST] An upstream provider has identified a power outage to their gear that feeds your circuit. The circuit will be offline until they are able to restore power. The ETR we have been provided is 9am Today (20/05/24). We will inform you of any updates as they come through.

Lightwire Engineers have identified a physical equipment fault, Technicians will attend site tomorrow morning to investigate faulty equipment and replace as needed.
