The upstream provider has undertaken works on this issue, and now resolved the outage. All connections should be back online. If that is not the case, please re-boot all on-site gear, and reach out to our Support Team on 0800 534 567.

History:

[2024-05-22 09:26:47 NZST] An upstream provider has identified a fibre break resulting in a total loss of service to affected circuits. They are currently investigating this, but have not yet provided an estimated time for resolution. We will inform you of any updates as they come through.

Lightwire engineers were informed this morning of an issue with our Cat Road Repeater. The site appears to have dropped offline due to a radio failure and will need replacing. Lightwire Engineers are en route and will work hard to restore it and get your connections up and running again.

The Upstream Provider has confirmed that Power has been restored to the site. The Circuit should now be back online as well. If that is not the case, please re-boot the on-site gear, and reach out to our Support Team on 0800 534 567.

[2024-05-20 08:18:19 NZST] An upstream provider has identified a power outage to their gear that feeds your circuit. The circuit will be offline until they are able to restore power. The ETR we have been provided is 9am Today (20/05/24). We will inform you of any updates as they come through.
