Lightwire Engineers are aware of equipment at our Eureka site having entered a fault state and are currently investigating.

We're working to get this resolved as fast as possible and will provide further updates regarding an ETR once we've identified the cause of the issue.

The upstream provider has undertaken works on this issue, and now resolved the outage. All connections should be back online. If that is not the case, please re-boot all on-site gear, and reach out to our Support Team on 0800 534 567.

History:

[2024-05-22 09:26:47 NZST] An upstream provider has identified a fibre break resulting in a total loss of service to affected circuits. They are currently investigating this, but have not yet provided an estimated time for resolution. We will inform you of any updates as they come through.
