Unplanned Incident - 4G Services

Our Upstream Carrier has resolved this outage, all services are back online.

History:


[2025-06-10 17:41:52 NZST] Lightwire Engineers have confirmed this is isolated to the Mobile Network with our upstream carrier whom are aware of the issue and are actively working on a remedy.

We have observed some services recovering, but have not received any further information from our Upstream Carrier at this stage - we will provide further updates as we receive them.


[2025-06-10 17:03:53 NZST] Lightwire Engineers are investigating a potential issue affecting Lightwire services. We don't have much detail just yet sorry, but senior engineers are looking into it with urgency and we will provide more information as soon as possible.

Engineers have resolved the remaining issues and all services should now be live again.

[2025-06-08 12:59:56 NZST] Most of our equipment is now back online except for one Access Point radio we are currently working on replacing.
