Lightwire Engineers have confirmed this is isolated to the Mobile Network with our upstream carrier whom are aware of the issue and are actively working on a remedy.
We have observed some services recovering, but have not received any further information from our Upstream Carrier at this stage - we will provide further updates as we receive them.
