Lightwire engineers are aware of an issue at our Sanatorium Hill transmission site that may be causing intermittent or complete loss of service. We are investigating the scope of the problem and will attempt to resolve this remotely.
In the event this can not be solved remotely we will assess sending a site technician for further investigation and remediation.
