[2024-11-16 08:02:53 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers are currently investigating a physical fault at our Matahuru transmission site causing an outage to your connection.

A technician has been dispatched to investigate and remediate this fault.

[2024-11-15 19:41:51 NZDT] Lightwire engineers are unable to remotely resolve the fault due to equipment failure. A Lightwire technician will attend site as soon as possible tomorrow to replace the failed equipment and restore services.

[2024-11-15 18:59:46 NZDT] Lightwire engineers are aware of an issue with our Savill Hill Radio Transmission Site that will cause a total loss of service for connections in the area. We are investigating the scope of the fault and will attempt to resolve this as soon as possible.

The Upstream Provider undertook works and was able to resolve this outage last night, at around 7.51pm. They are not expecting any further disruptions from here.

If your connection remains offline, re-boot all on-site equipment, and failing that, please reach out to our Support Team on 0800 534 567.

[2024-11-11 12:11:25 NZDT] The Upstream Provider has identified an outage causing services to be disrupted. They have dispatched a Technician to investigate this. They have not provided an ETR for this yet, but we will send through any updates as we get them.
