Lightwire's Technician has been able to replace the faulty gear at the Tower and retore connectivity. Things have been looking stable since, so we are not expecting any further disruptions.

Lightwire Engineers have investigated a fault at your tower but are unable to resolve it remotely.
A Lightwire technician will need to visit the Kaihere transmission tower, and will be dispatched as soon as possible to resolve this and restore connections.
