Lightwire's Technician has been able to replace the faulty gear at the Tower and retore connectivity. Things have been looking stable since, so we are not expecting any further disruptions.

[2026-01-20 08:03:53 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have investigated a fault at your tower but are unable to resolve it remotely.
A Lightwire technician will need to visit the Kaihere transmission tower, and will be dispatched as soon as possible to resolve this and restore connections.
