Our engineers have identified a fault at the site you are connected to that that cannot be resolved remotely.

Technicians have been dispatched to attend the site; however there is a possibility the service may go offline before they arrive. We will be working to restore service as quickly as possible once on site.

Lightwire Engineers have confirmed this to have been a false alarm with the issue being non-customer impacting.

[2025-12-24 16:08:50 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have been made aware of an issue on part of the Tower that seems to be causing connections to drop intermittently or run slowly.
