Earlier today, routine core network maintenance resulted in an unexpected outage of up to five minutes, affecting some customers' data and voice services. This has since been resolved.
To permanently fix the issue, emergency network maintenance is scheduled for tonight, 17 September, at 10pm and we do not expect further disruption in the mean time. A full RFO (Reason for Outage) report will follow in the coming days and will be sent to affected customers.
