The Upstream Provider and Civil Contractors are working to overlay 270m of FIbre Cable to resolve this. Their current ETR is 2pm 14/03/24. We will update this event with any changes as they come.

[2024-03-11 17:47:01 NZDT] The upstream provider has confirmed that resolution here will require further works they had not anticipated. These works are on-going, but they have not supplied a new ETR yet. We will update this event with any changes as they come.


[2024-03-11 09:32:58 NZDT] An upstream provider has identified a fault which they're currently working to restore. Their current ETR is 3pm 11/03/24. We will update you if there are any changes to this plan.
