Lightwire Technicians have now replaced the faulty equipment at the Tower. Customer connections are no longer degraded, and look to be back to normal.

[2025-01-09 10:20:09 NZDT] Lightwire engineers are aware of an issue with one Sector on our Scotsman Valley Transmission Tower that will be causing degradation to services. A Lightwire Technician will be attending the Site when possible to replace the faulty gear. There will likely be a brief connection outage when the Technician does this, and we will provide further detail on this when we are aware of the time this will occur.
