Customers may experience a brief interruption to their service while we carry out these repairs. This outage may last up to 30 minutes, although Lightwire aims to keep it as short as possible. We expect these repairs

[2023-04-26 14:48:11 NZST] Lightwire engineers have detected an active fault with a piece of radio equipment at our Mt Kakepuku transmission site. As a result, you may experience some slight degradation of services.

Our engineers are currently formulating a remediation plan and will be working with technicians to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

An upstream provider has identified a fault which they're currently working to restore, this has resulted in total loss of service. We will keep you updated as the incident progresses.
