Equipment Fault - Tirohia

Lightwire engineers are aware of an equipment fault that has developed at the site which services your connection. This is causing intermittent or total loss of services. Engineers have been unable to resolve the issue remotely, as such Lightwire technicians will be attending site today to investigate and remediate the problem.

Emergency maintenance - Tapapa/Tirau/Hinuera/Te Poi/Matamata Region

Lightwire engineers have discovered a physical configuration issue at one of the Lightwire sites servicing the eastern Waikato region.

Technicians will be on site today to remedy the issue. Completing the works will take between 1-5 minutes. Customers may experience a brief period of degraded service during the small window.

Unplanned Incident - Sydney outage

Latest update:

Much like last night we saw the same routing daemon crash and restart. Vendor still looking at last nights crash logs and has not given us any advice. We will schedule an emergancy upgrade and reboot overnight with our without vendor response to attempt to prevent this happening again.

Unplanned Incident - Sydney

Latest update:

One of our Sydney routers encountered a software bug and the routing daemon restarted. This lead to an approximately 5 minutes of disruption.

Engineers are still investigation the root cause and continuing to monitor the router.
