The Upstream Provider undertook works and was able to resolve this outage last night, at around 7.51pm. They are not expecting any further disruptions from here.

[2024-11-11 12:11:25 NZDT] The Upstream Provider has identified an outage causing services to be disrupted. They have dispatched a Technician to investigate this. They have not provided an ETR for this yet, but we will send through any updates as we get them.

[2024-11-09 09:56:17 NZDT] Lightwire engineers are aware of an issue at our Sanatorium Hill transmission site that may be causing intermittent or complete loss of service. We are investigating the scope of the problem and will attempt to resolve this remotely.

In the event this can not be solved remotely we will assess sending a site technician for further investigation and remediation.
