The Upstream Carrier has confirmed that this outage was due to an unexpected reboot on their side. This has now recovered and so connections should be back online.

[2025-07-11 11:43:38 NZST] An Upstream Carrier has made us aware of fault on their network that is causing services to be offline. Their technicians are investigating this, but have not yet provided an ETR.

Unfortunately we're unable to resolve this fault remotely.

A field technician is heading to site with replacement equipment. ETA 4:15pm
