History:

[2026-04-02 12:08:00 NZDT] Lightwire engineers have been made aware of a mains power outage in the Horsham Downs region affecting mains power supply to our broadcast tower. The tower has exhausted its backup power reserves and is now completely offline.
The advised estimated time of resolution for the mains power outage in the region is 2:40 pm 02/04/2026 today.

We will be monitoring the mains power outage in the region closely and will provide any updates as we receive them.

The upstream carrier has confirmed that the fault was resolved at 21:12 on the 30/03/2026.

[2026-03-30 07:55:39 NZDT] An Upstream Carrier has made us aware of an outage on their network. They are currently investigating this, but have not yet provided an ETR for this. We will send through any updates as we receive them.

Lightwire Engineers have resolved the outage by replacing faulty equipment. Things have been looking stable since the replacement.

[2026-03-28 07:46:23 NZDT] Lightwire technicians are heading to site with replacement equipment. Current ETA 10am.

[2026-03-28 06:14:37 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have investigated a fault at your tower but are unable to resolve it remotely.

A Lightwire technician will need to visit and will be dispatched early this morning.
