An Upstream Carrier has made us aware of an outage on their network. They are currently investigating this, but have not provided an ETR yet. We will provide any updates as we receive them.

Lightwire engineers have been unable to resolve the outage remotely, and suspect a hardware failure.

Lightwire field service technicians will attend the site with replacement hardware once it is safe to do so tomorrow morning.

A technician is currently working on site to restore connectivity after discovering unanticipated damage to the sites power supply. We do not have an estimated time to resolution (ETR) at this time, but we are actively working on it.
