[2023-12-15 12:25:44 NZDT] The upstream provider has dispatched Technicians to an impacted handover for repairs. Their current ETR is 3pm Today at this stage. We will continue to send out any updates as they happen.

[2023-12-15 08:59:28 NZDT] An upstream provider is currently experiencing an outage affecting VDSL connections in the area. They are working to resolve this currently, but do not have an ETR yet.

A sector in the Pukehina Region has dropped offline due to a fault, resulting in all connections in that sector subsequently being offline. Lightwire engineers are currently investigating.

Lightwire Technicians have replaced the faulty gear at this sight, and have resolved this issue. If your connection remains offline after this, please reach out on 0800 12 13 14.

[2023-12-08 12:12:09 NZDT] Lightwire Engineers have become aware of an issue with our Tower in the Kaimai area that has started to drop in and out intermittently. We are currently investigating this, and will be dispatching a Technician to the site to replace the faulty gear.
