Lightwire Technicians are expected to reach the site between 5.30pm and 6pm today. They should be able to resolve this fault and restore connections from there. We will send through any updates as they happen.

Lightwire engineers have completed investigations and discovered a critical piece of equipment has failed at our transmission site. Unfortunately, this is unable to be resolved remotely.
Engineers and site technicians are assessing whether a site visit this evening is viable, given the current weather conditions and remaining daylight hours. We will update this notification with more information once it becomes available.
